During the declared State of Emergency, Macomb County Clerk & Register of Deeds Fred Miller is opening the “Virtual Clerk’s Office” Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

This is an easy way Macomb County residents can continue to get most of our services while our buildings have limited access.
