One-stop shopping for Secretary of State and County Clerk coming to Sterling Heights
A partnership between the Macomb County Clerk / Register of Deeds and Secretary of State Ruth Johnson allows citizens the opportunity to one-stop shop. The clerk’s office will be in the Secretary of State’s Sterling Heights branch office at 7917 19 Mile Road, at Van Dyke Avenue, in Sterling Heights on Wednesday, June 25th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The clerk and register of deeds staff will be offering assistance with Macomb County birth and death certificates, business registrations, marriage licenses, circuit court records, voter registration, concealed pistol license applications, real estate deed requests and veteran ID cards. These services can also be a great one-stop shop for residents who need one of these documents to conduct business at the secretary of state’s office.
The Macomb County Clerk’s complete mobile office schedule, including the other Secretary of State branch offices she will be visiting this year, is available at: http://macombgov.org/Clerk-Services-MobileOffice and her fees are listed below.

As the previous Oakland County Clerk, she launched that department’s first mobile office, partnering with local libraries across the county to host the full-service mobile office.
