MACOMB COUNTY ELECTION DEPARTMENT
The Macomb County Election Department will be open to the public BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. For the safety of our customers and our employees, we are attempting to minimize the number of people in our office/lobby at the same time. For this reason, walk-in customers will be served after any customers with an appointment and may be asked to wait in their car.

The Election Department is responsible for overseeing the printing and distribution of election ballots and conducting national, state, and county elections. The canvass of votes in state, county, local, and school district elections is under the jurisdiction of the County Clerk.
BALLOT DROP BOX LOCATIONS -- Convenient ballot "drop boxes" are located in the city or township where you live and are registered to vote. PLEASE NOTE: Be careful not to place your ballot in another community’s drop box! CLICK HERE to find your city or township's drop box locations.

2020 Annual Statement
The 2020 Annual Statement is due in our office on Monday, February 1, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.
Annual Statement Exemptions:
- A committee with the Reporting Waiver
- A committee that was required to file the 2020 Post-General statement
- An officeholder whose salary is less than $100 per month AND whose committee had no activity (contributions or expenditures) during the period covered by the Annual Statement. (A written statement of eligibility is required to be filed with us.)
