The Election Department is responsible for overseeing the printing and distribution of election ballots and conducting national, state, and county elections. The canvass of votes in state, county, local, and school district elections is under the jurisdiction of the County Clerk.​​​​​

​​​​2022 ANNUAL STATEMENTS DUE SOON

Close of Books: December 31, 2022

Due: January 31, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.

All committee types - Candidate Committees, PACs, and Ballot Question Committees - must file an Annual Statement unless exempted for a reason listed below.

 

Annual Statement Exemptions:

  • Committees that maintain the Reporting Waiver
  • Committees that filed a 2022 Post-General statement
  • An officeholder whose salary is less than $100 per month AND whose committee had no activity (contributions or expenditures) during the period covered by the Annual Statement.  (A written statement of eligibility is required to be filed with us.)

 

Statements are due by 5 p.m. on the deadline and can be electronically filed, mailed or delivered to:

or emailed to:

elections@macombgov.org.
